This makes the SLIM power lift fitting the thinnest power lift fitting on the market and it can be integrated into as little as a 16 mm furniture side panel.
Any flap can be opened without using much force with FREEslim. What makes this possible is the innovative technology accommodated in an energy storage system that is a mere 8 millimetres thick. This technological marvel does not compromise on user and designer-friendliness.
Carpenters, furniture manufacturers, fitters – anyone working with FREEslim will experience a well thought-out product that can be conveniently integrated into a wide variety of furniture designs. The flap lift fitting can be screwed onto the side panel of the cabinet – or it can disappear into the side panel from the inside or outside.
The fact that FREEslim is just the size of an iPad is the result of a new spring technology developed specifically for the new lift fittings. The ultra-thin and powerful leaf springs are fatigue-free and are used instead of conventional spiral compression springs. The effect is large load ranges and therefore significantly fewer typologies. Symmetrical components and the separation of lever arm and force accumulator are further efficient building blocks for consistent article reduction. Thanks to this engineering feat, Kesseböhmer has been able to save 50 to 70 percent of the variants compared to conventional lift fittings.
FREEslim is a whole family of lifts, which cater for all types of wall unit opening between them. While FREEslim fold was developed for folding flaps and FREEslim swing for lift-up flaps, FREEslim slide is used for parallel lift-up flaps and FREEslim flap is for swing up flaps.

FREEspace flap fitting
FREEspace is not an optimisation but rather a true innovation in terms of technology, function and design. Slimmer and more elaborate, yet also stronger. The flap hinge is ideal for carcases with single-panel fronts. As a swing up fitting, FREEspace creates more space for storage inside furniture, does away with large cover caps and presents new scope for modern furniture design such as convenient flaps for shallow units.
The FREEspace flap fitting features a minimal installed depth of 63 mm, slim front panel attachment and a spring integrated into the lever arm. The swing up fitting now offers the convenience of simple operation and very smooth running with integrated cushioning for a wide range of front panel heights and almost all panels with market relevance. The integrated opening angle limiter ensures adjustment to individual body height or structural conditions.
The fitting with integral cushioned closing can easily cope with 11 kg with a reference height of 400 mm.
The space that now becomes free offers maximum storage space right up to the side panels. Especially for tall items and on removable shelves. Slim thanks to integration of the spring into the lever arm of the flap lift fitting. More storage space is created since no additional cover caps are needed.
Positioning pins, prefixed screws and fewer parts make assembly simple while the straightened arrangement of the adjusting screws allows accurate access to 3D front panel adjustment. Includes positioning tabs and tool-free installation of the front panel with ClickFixx.

Plenty of flexibility with regard to front panel height, thickness and weight minimises and optimises the installer’s logistics expenses. Positioning tabs and pre-installed euro screws ensure exact positioning and quick installation on the carcase.
Adjusted in an instant, the force is set directly on the fitting while the front is aligned on the front connection. The ClickFixx system makes almost tool-free front panel installation quick and easy.

FREEflap flap fitting – compact and strong
Practical, balanced and compact. FREEflap is the small but strong member of the lift family. At just 118 mm installation depth, it can lift front panels weighing up to 27 kg. It combines front panel connection and stay function, rendering hinges superfluous. With extensive setting options it achieves perfect panel alignment and secure door overlay. The adjustable multi-position function and integrated damping ensure the highest level of user-friendliness. And thanks to pre-installed screws, installation is very easy and extremely quick.
FREEflap is suitable for flap weights from 3.2 – 11.8 kg, depending on the flap height. The ideal flap stay for flap heights from 250 – 400 mm. More info in the installation instructions!
Multi-Position-Stopp ensures a secure hold in any position. The movement system is highly stable thanks to the connection of the euro screws to the base plate.

FREEfold folds the front panel as it moves upwards to save space. This makes it an intelligent solution for low ceilings, various heights of wall units and large, heavy front panels. It offers a wide variety of impressive design possibilities: efficient sequences of movements for modern kitchens. The minimal obstruction of the opening and the tried and tested multi-position stop function make Kesseböhmer’s FREEfold flap fitting impressive. The patented damping in both the opening and closing directions ensures a unique feel to it in use.
The integrated Multi-Positions-STOPP ensures it comes to an immediate and secure halt in any position. Central safety hinges prevent fingers from becoming trapped. FREEfold is ideal for glass fronts and creates fascinating impressions of transparency and lighting.
Spigots, pre-installed euro screws, rapid installation technology for the front panel and eccentric front panel adjustment all rationalise installation to save time. These are specially for high wall units. But they are also suitable for low ceilings and heavy front panels.

The FREEswing flap fitting guarantees unlimited access to stored items without restricting the available space even with medium and large front panels – and with the Multi-Position-STOPP, of course. The compact design facilitates a variety of uses in the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. eTouch offers highly user-friendly opening and closing with a light touch.

FREElight flap fitting – simply good!
FREElight is a versatile lift, which is used in combination with conventional flap or door hinges. It combines an attractive price with flexible uses. The furniture fitting raises and lowers front panels of overhead and wall units up to 5.5 kg front panel weight and 400 mm front panel height. Thanks to the possible addition of the push-to-open feature, the stay is also suitable for handleless front panels. The new FREElight can be used in the manufacture of a broad range of kitchen and living room furniture.
The fitting can be used on the left or right which offers benefits for installation and logistics alike. The supplied cover caps ensure a tidy look overall.
The narrow lift in Ice White or Grey guarantees a pleasing look. As well as overhead or wall units in the kitchen, it can also be used in other living areas.
With FREElight, Kesseböhmer offers a new type of flap support with force adjustment. The front is fastened with a commercially standard cup hinge. The front connectionand carcase connection are possible with both Euro screws and wood screws. After screwing on the carcase and front connection, the FREElight is simply plugged on. The Lifter fitting can be used for flap sizes from 270 mm in height.

Maxi flap fitting – for medium to heavy flaps
Used as a modern lift system MAXI, lifts up to 27.3 kg front panel weight. Thanks to Multi-Position-STOPP and SoftSTOPP, the sequences of movements remain impressively gentle and easy. The range of uses for Kesseböhmer’s Maxi flap stay is wide and presents scope for creativity – for example on chests, beds, laundry boxes or stools. Used as a modern lid stay, Maxi lifts chest lids with a weight of 4 – 9.4 kg when installed on one side. If installed on both sides, it can even lift up to 18.8 kg. ClickFixx technology makes installation simple: the push-on installation principle works without tools.

DUO – the classic flap fitting
The Kesseböhmer Duo opens hinged fronts particularly wide – up to an opening angle of 110 degrees. The slim, space-saving design is just as advantageous for installation as the time-saving ClickFixx front and fitting assembly. If the front opens downwards, it can also be used as a shelf or bar. The infinitely adjustable flap fitting makes Duo suitable for a wide variety of furniture and kitchen flaps made of wood or with aluminium frames from a frame width of 45 mm.
The space-saving design and broad range of applications make the Duo flap stay the first choice for furniture fittings. Can be used on the left or right with self-closing mechanism.
The flap support is continuously adjustable to the respective flap/lid weight up to 15 kg (when using 2 flap supports).
